Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Roflip ("we," "us," "our," or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using ROFLIP, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the Service is legal where you reside.

3. Accounts & Roblox verification

To use ROFLIP, you must connect a Roblox account. You must be the authorized owner of any Roblox account you connect. Where an account has already been registered by another user, we may require you to demonstrate ownership — for example, by temporarily adding a verification code to your Roblox profile bio — before granting access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ROFLIP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation. Roblox and all related trademarks are the property of Roblox Corporation.

4. Balance, deposits & withdrawals

Any balance, credits, or items associated with your account must have been obtained through legitimate means. You may not deposit, wager, or transfer items or currency that were obtained through theft, fraud, chargebacks, exploits, or unauthorized access to another person's account or payment method.

We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or void any transaction, and to freeze or terminate any account, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect it is connected to stolen funds, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Fair play & prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, exploits, or automated tools to interact with the Service;
• Attempt to manipulate, predict, or interfere with the outcome of any game beyond ordinary gameplay;
• Operate multiple accounts to circumvent limits, promotions, or restrictions;
• Use the Service for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose; or
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Violation of this section may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balance.

6. Dispute resolution

Before filing any claim against us, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it will proceed as described in the arbitration clause below.

7. Binding arbitration (Section 7.B)

7.A — Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7.B — You and ROFLIP each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only.

If any part of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROFLIP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of balance, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
